Device status is unknown — not healthy. An empty fleet and an unreachable database look the same from here, so neither is assumed.
AUTOMATION_API_MODE=live requires DATABASE_URL and AUTOMATION_ADMIN_KEY. Set them in .env.local (or the Vercel project) and restart.
